Malibu Tube Tottles with caps were first introduced in 1980 by California Packaging, the former company of DCS Packaging Company. At the time, only flexible crimp tubes were available with high minimum requirements and long lead times. There was a need for a more affordable tube that could be filled and sealed without special equipment, and so the Malibu Tube was born.  

The first Malibu Tube size was 4oz, followed shortly by the 2oz, 6oz, and 8oz sizes. These tottles are blow-molded using virgin recyclable MDPE and feature a 22/400 neck finish that accepts dispensing caps. Stock colors are available in white and natural, and custom colors are available with a minimum order requirement.
